To order your chosen products, click on the product name. Your choices are automatically inserted into the order form (your cart) with their name and price. Once you have clicked on the order form, complete the form with your contact details. If you forget to include your details, your order will be invalid. You can choose several products with the same product name by changing the quantity in the order form.

All orders are subject to the following conditions. The prices applicable are those in force on the date on which the order is recorded. Prices are stated in euros and products are subject to French VAT (5.5% for foodstuffs and 19.6% for other products). La Route des Comptoirs will retain title in the products until full payment of the invoice has been made. Contribution towards delivery charges: this contribution covers transport costs as well as packaging and order processing costs. This is a fixed contribution of €6.90 (Colissimo) regardless of the number and amount of the product(s) concerned. For Metropolitan France only, delivery is free for purchases of €39 and over. For French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOMs), delivery charges are €18. There is no free delivery to DOM-TOMs. For shipments within Europe (zone A countries): €18. For other countries, consult us. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties which may be payable.



Payment for products can be made either by bank cheque made out to LA ROUTE DES COMPTOIRS (1 Z.A. La Bossardière, 44430 LE LANDREAU) or by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa or MasterCard, with the card being debited as soon as the order is taken) or by bank transfer or by PayPal. In the event of late or non-payment, our company may suspend all orders in progress without prejudice to any other remedy. In order to be recorded, your order will need to be paid for in full. Orders not paid for will not be delivered. The sale becomes final once the transaction has been accepted by the banking services. An invoice (marked "paid") listing the various items on your order will be sent to you with the package. La Route des Comptoirs will not disclose the personal information of its customers except to its bank with a view to the fulfilment of the order. Acceptance of order: in accordance with Article L. 111-1 of the French Consumer Code, you can see the details of your order on screen before concluding the electronic contract of sale. You can also amend or cancel the order before confirmation. Confirmation of this order form (by clicking on the "confirm the order" button) will be deemed to constitute the conclusion of the electronic contract of sale. The information recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of the transaction between you and La Route des Comptoirs. 



In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, we undertake to acknowledge your order and have it processed by our departments within 2 working days. You will therefore receive within 2 days a message stating that your order is no longer "pending" but is "being prepared". Alternatively, you will receive a personalised message explaining the reason for the delay (product is out of stock, replacement of one product with another, etc.). 



All of our products are subject to available stock. La Route des Comptoirs reserves the right not to record an order, in particular where there is a problem with the supply of products, a lack of understanding of the order received or a foreseeable problem with the delivery to be made. Do you want to cancel your order? Notice of cancellation must be given in writing (email or fax) no later than 12 hours after confirmation of your order. In the event of any delay in processing or delivery, the buyer is not entitled to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. Right of withdrawal: in accordance with Article L. 121-16 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 working days, as from delivery, in which to return the order for exchange or reimbursement. You will assume any costs of returning products. In accordance with the Chatel Act of 3 January 2008, which entered into force on 1 June 2008, La Route des Comptoirs will reimburse you the sums paid in relation to your order within 30 days. Reimbursement will be made by bank cheque or by bank transfer. You can also request a credit note for the corresponding sum. 



Orders are processed on the day after that on which they are recorded. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed on the next working day. If the whole of the order is not available, our company will contact the buyer to offer to replace the product or products that are unavailable with one or more products. Products are delivered to the address stated on the order form or, failing that, to the address indicated on your cheque (if payment is sent by post). You can ask us to send your invoice to a different address from the delivery address. In order to minimise transport costs, all small-sized products weighing less than 30 kg are shipped by the French postal service (La Poste). These products are sent using La Poste's SoColissimo service for shipments to Metropolitan France and using Colissimo Access France for DOM-TOMs and Europe. Delivery period/delay: each package is assigned an identification number with which it can be tracked at any time on the internet. At your request, we can therefore track the progress of your package until it reaches the place of delivery. We accept no responsibility if delivery periods are extended owing to problems affecting La Poste's services and, in particular, in the event of delay, theft, loss of products or all-out or partial strike. If your package is delayed or is not delivered, please let us know (by email, fax or telephone) and we will inform you of its progress. In the event of a problem, we will immediately contact La Poste to ask them to look into the matter. If the product is not found within 21 days, La Poste considers the package to have been lost. Only then can we send you a replacement product at our expense. Complaints: In the event of delays, the buyer is not entitled to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages. Upon delivery of the package, you are asked to check the condition of the packaging used for the goods and to report any damage on the same day. Missing or damaged products: you can only express reservations at the time of delivery if the products delivered do not conform to the order or if an item is wrong, missing or damaged. These reservations must be expressed in writing (by email or fax) on the same day on which delivery takes place. After that period, we will not exchange any products and no product returns will be accepted. If products are damaged, La Route des Comptoirs will, at your choice, either offer you a credit note for a future order, reimburse you the corresponding amount by cheque or bank transfer or arrange a new delivery for similar products.



Products offered for sale are compliant with current French laws. La Route des Comptoirs cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the laws of the country where the products are delivered. The customer alone is responsible for the choice of products, for their safekeeping after delivery and for their use. La Route des Comptoirs cannot be held liable in the event of delay or non-delivery owing to a product being out of stock, force majeure, all-out or partial strike (notably by La Poste), flood or fire. Photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products displayed are not contractually binding. Therefore, La Route des Comptoirs cannot be held liable for any error in the visuals or comments provided or even for any fraudulent intrusion by a third party resulting in alteration of the information provided on the site. Likewise, La Route des Comptoirs cannot be held liable for any harm or damage resulting from interpretation or use of the information available on the site. In any event, regardless of the possible reasons for a claim being made against La Route des Comptoirs, its liability is limited to the amount corresponding to the last order placed by the customer.
